Summary
Debbie joined Zephyr in October 2006 to work alongside Murray in the sales area.
Debbie has over 22 years experience in the Service Delivery arena and has managed
large teams of 70+ staff; she is also experienced in change management and project
management.
Debbie understands what adding value means to large organizations, particularly
Government and Corporate organisations. She has an affinity with understanding clients’
requirements accurately and the process involved in responding with appropriate
solutions.
Debbie has acquired a sound understanding of all of the components of the sales
cycle, which has led to her success in her previous roles. In particular she has
excellent skills in prospecting, preparation of tender responses, interpretation
of client’s requirements and networking amongst her colleagues to come up with the
desired solution.
In her spare time Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and close friends,
and most weekends, whether it is summer or winter, are spent watching her children
play a variety of sports, not to mention enjoying the odd glass of wine after the
game.
