Summary
David Joyce is a founding Director of Zephyr and a practising consultant. He draws upon some 28 years IT and business experience to provide services as a senior consultant, programme/project manager.

Since 1990, David has worked as a consultant for many reputable organisations, demonstrating commitment, reliability and professionalism working predominantly in significant software and business development environments. His emphasis has been large programmes and projects, for goverment agencies and he has often been asked to return to these organisations to lead key strategic projects.

David has a reputation for delivering outstanding results in complex and challenging business environments. David has specialised in projects that have involved a high degree of business process re-engineering, significant organisational change, diverse relationship management and the implementation of leading edge technologies. David adopts a pro-active, pragmatic approach in terms of project leadership. He has the ability to recover poorly performing projects, get them back , and delivering to the expectations of in particular, business owners and stakeholders.

David is a 'people person'. He creates an environment for motivation and delivers a comprehensive array of business and people management skills. David is highly credible when interacting at all levels in an organisation, in particular Senior Management, Executive Teams and Board Members.

David believes that the key to success for Zephyr is to surround himself with high-calibre IT professionals who can continue to earn the respect of the IT community through the delivery of quality services.

In his spare time, David enjoys playing golf (still a learner) and is an avid watcher of most sports. David enjoys socialising with family and friends over a wine and food and has recently joined a gym to assist with counteracting the effects of all that food and wine.
