Our story

Zephyr has evolved and grown into specialist providers of high quality IT Business Consultants and Managed ICT Services to the market. Our story started in 2004, with a genuine goal of delivering the best business consultancy services in the Wellington Region. We are backed by sound quality assurance and personal involvement from the company’s management.

We provide services to the greater Wellington area through our operating business units. These comprise four distinct business areas of Consulting, Contracting, iMIS Support and ICT Managed Services.

While each of these units has distinct characteristics around the services provided, they operate harmoniously utilising each other’s resources to provide the best skills for any client need.

iMIS Support and Development

In 2016 we partnered with Advance Solutions International (ASI) to introduce our iMIS Support & Development services, offering an alternative member management system for non-profits, associations, membership, charity and regulatory organisations here in New Zealand. Since 2016 the iMIS & Development team has continued to expand its client-base and expertise in the iMIS space.

iMIS Support

Zephyr has established a team of iMIS specialists to provide support for the community of iMIS users. This team works in partnership with its clients to manage the resource scheduling and activity of the team across multiple iMIS sites. The result being that Clients only pay for their needed resource levels as opposed to employing full-time staff, often with expertise in only part of the application.

Technology Services & Support

The provision of Technology Services to support and maintain the ICT Infrastructure of small to medium sized organisations.

Zephyr has established a team of infrastructure engineers to provide services to manage the ICT infrastructure environments of their clients. This services effectively becomes the client’s ICT Department utilising the Zephyr ‘experts’ in each area of technology giving clients cost effective coverage of the various components of their infrastructure.
