Connor McAlpine

Connor McAlpine is a Systems Engineer at Zephyr. Since joining in 2026, he has brought a unique blend of people-focused service experience and technical expertise. Connor spent much of his career in hospitality, where he developed strong communication skills and a natural ability to support others. Seeking a new challenge, he completed an IT degree with a major in networking. He then transitioned into the digital space.

Before joining Zephyr, Connor worked as a Digital Coach. In this role, he helped individuals confidently navigate their devices, software, and everyday tech challenges. This experience strengthened his passion for making technology accessible and his talent for solving problems with patience and clarity. Today, Connor applies his customer-first mindset and technical knowledge to deliver reliable solutions. He empowers users and continuously improves digital experiences across the organisation.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with friends and playing strategy-driven computer games. These games help sharpen his problem-solving skills. He also relaxes with a few games of pool. A passionate food enthusiast, he enjoys discovering new flavours, exploring local eateries, and sharing great meals with good company.
